    • Responsible for Budgeting, Forecasting, Revenue Management (excess of $5M), Profit/Loss control, Guest Supply and Food & Beverage ordering, Expense/Labor Management, Sales Performance, Guest Satisfaction Surveys/Scores, and Quality Assurance preparation
    • Oversaw Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Human Resource functions, Deposits, Front Office, Engineering, Sales & Marketing and overall hotel operations
    • Directed Sales & Marketing effort which included supervising on-site Director of Sales, formulating Sales & Marketing strategy, directing specific marketing and sales initiatives, and monitoring Sales Manager’s performance relative to weekly/monthly/annual revenue goals
    • Motivated and developed Management Team and hourly associates through proper training, coaching, counseling and performance reviews; performed Service So Memorable (SSM) training for all employees
    • Evaluated and monitored Guest Satisfaction Survey Scores, Associate Opinion Survey Scores, and Quality Assurance preparation
    • Captured Marriott’s Gold GSS Award, conferred only on those hotels whose guest satisfaction level exceeds 90%
    • Instrumental in maintaining 90% level or above on Quality Assurance
    • Since assuming my position as General Manager in December 2009, I was instrumental in growing revenue through 2015 by $1,092,749 or 144%
