The Lansdowne Resort is located in Leesburg, Virginia, just outside of Washington D.C., near the Dulles International Airport. The resort is a 297-key, full service four-diamond conference center resort featuring 45,000 square feet of meeting space, an 18-hole championship golf course, several restaurants, a health club and spa and other resort amenities.

Represented private investment group, Crosshost, Inc under the auspices of their special servicer on their CMBS loan, Lennar Partners. Portfolio included six geographically disparate hotels in the Midwest and Florida and included four Super 8’s and two Sleep Inns.

467 Unit first class, full service hotel with approximately 30,000 square feet of function space, located in the Chicago suburb of Rosemont, adjacent to O’Hare International Airport. The property was an older hotel, the first phase of which was originally built in 1962.
